Coach House is a venture studio founded by Zach Wardlaw and Vince Cain. The world has enough people building healthcare SaaS trying to be Elon. We're independent and building cool stuff for the good people here in Louisville.

  • LootIndependent stores compete against Amazon on price and lose. Loot replaces the punch card with real items — dropped, kept, traded, and spent at the stores that gave them out.
  • OverlookDozens of Coach House ventures, no two alike, and no shared map. Overlook reads every one straight from its repository and draws them as one picture — nobody maintains it.
  • Patch BoyStreaming buried who actually played on the record. Patch Boy routes from any credit — a guitarist, a producer — three hops to something you'd never have queued up.
  • RadiiEffortless music used to mean flipping on a radio. Radii is a speaker with knobs that tune the era, tempo, genre, and mood — no app, no screen, no next song to pick.
  • Rook's DispatchSeven AI agents play a daily campaign with no one at the wheel. One of them narrates. One of them is watching you.
  • ScholarSpringA student needs the whole aid ladder — FAFSA, Pell, state grants, then scholarships — and no one hands it to them in order. ScholarSpring does, matched from 834 hand-verified awards.
