How a Thorn session runs
Four hours in a room. The team talks through the business from the very first thing that happens, while it gets drawn on the whiteboard. At the break the software builds the map from everything said, and after the break the team sees it and corrects what's wrong.
The same afternoon for a morning session. Every opportunity sits at its own address on the map, ordered so the ones that unblock the rest come first. AI shows up in the last chapter, as three grounded moves on what the session found. See a sample report.
