Zach is the Visionary behind Coach House, an EOS Implementer who helps entrepreneurial leadership teams get what they want from their businesses. He believes in building ventures that make work more human and organizations more intentional.
He grew up with Macs in the early 2000s — the Tiger and Leopard era when computers felt personal and alive. That nostalgia for technology that sparked curiosity and creativity is woven into everything Coach House builds.
Zach co-founded Coach House with Vince Cain as a launchpad for ventures that embody their core values: Curious, Empathetic, Patient, and Generous. It's a space where good people do cool shit.
